Responsibilities

Creator of Sweet Treats: Participate in the development of pastries for all sites (Living Room, Brasserie 1519, In Room Dining, Banqueting).

Innovative and inspired: Bring creative and inventive ideas, applying organizational skills to work efficiently.

Excellence in Hygiene: Rigorously apply HACCP hygiene rules and follow 5-star standards.

Qualifications

Experience and training: Previous experience in pastry-making in a 5-star hotel and a diploma in pastry-making.

Knowledge: Mastery of hygiene and cleanliness standards.

Language skills: Fluent in French and English/Spanish.

Passion for Lifestyle: Strong interest in the worlds of taste, sound, the body, the stage, and taking a stand.

Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and passion for delivering a memorable customer experience.

Position to be filled now, for long-term contract.
