Job Overview Join W Verbier as a Style Captain, playing a key role in delivering wow experiences for guests in our luxury hotel.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Stylists to ensure guests receive a wow experience from start to finish.

Oversee daily room controls to keep rooms pristine, polished, and ready to impress.

Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and attention to detail.

Operate systems such as Opera and Hotsos and use devices like phones and tablets to keep operations running smoothly.

Guarantee that every guest enters a room that feels like a flawless work of art.

Qualifications

Prior experience in a 5‑star hotel, understanding luxury service.

Background in the Style (Housekeeping) department, mastering space creation.

Fluent in French and English for clear communication.

Passion for the W brand values: Taste, Sound, Body, Scene, and Stance.

Sharp eye for detail and flair for creating exceptional guest experiences.

Contract&Eligibility Position to be filled starting in June/July for a long‑term contract. Due to visa restrictions, only applicants from Switzerland or the European Union will be considered.
