Description As a Pastry Intern, you will assist our Pastry Chef in preparing and setting up sweet creations for various outlets, ensuring high-quality standards and strict hygiene and food safety compliance.
Responsibilities
Assist the Pastry Chef with preparation and setup of sweet creations for Brasserie 159, Living Room, In-Room Dining, and Banquets.
Ensure desserts meet the high-quality standards of a 5‑star establishment.
Apply hygiene and food safety standards strictly.
Qualifications
Currently registered in a Pastry/Culinary school, specializing in pastry.
Highly motivated and eager to learn.
Genuine interest in culinary excellence and haute gastronomy.
Strong team spirit, sense of organization, and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Detail-oriented with a passion for providing guests an exceptional experience.
Real interest in the worlds of taste, sound, body, scene, and stance.
