Position Overview You will join our multi-skilled team as a

B&F Intern

and learn first‑hand about hotel operations.

Internship Responsibilities

Ensure service standards.

Responsible for F&B service quality and customer satisfaction.

Ensure smooth collaboration between service and kitchen.

Help your team maintain the cleanliness of various outlets and customer areas.

Help your team take and serve customer orders.

Collect orders and requisitions.

Welcoming and placing customers.

Make appropriate recommendations based on customer preferences.

Ensure customer loyalty by offering friendly service.

Ensure smooth service and communication between kitchen and restaurant.

Ensure smooth flow of information between hotel departments.

Ensure that orders are ready on time and respond to the various requests of your Talent Coach.

Qualifications

Must be currently enrolled in a Hospitality school.

Outgoing, playful, sociable, good listener, helpful, and available.

Enjoy working in an international and audacious team.

Excellent presentation and representative of the W brand image.

Highly motivated.

Excellent customer contact skills.

Fluency in foreign languages (English, German, and other languages are an asset).

Organized, conscientious, punctual.

Excellent knowledge of the hotel's various departments.

Internship starting in June/July 2026 for 6 months. Due to visa restrictions, only applicants from Switzerland and the European Union can be considered.
