Reporting to the Order Handling Team Lead, you will assist the team with day‑to‑day order handling activities, ensuring accurate order release and confirmation, proper documentation, and transparent communication with customers.You will gain hands‑on experience in order processing within an international environment and support the smooth execution of customer orders throughout their lifecycle.Your Responsibilities:Release and confirm customer orders in the system, including processing updates, changes, and cancellationsPrepare and support documentation required for invoicing and certificationProvide timely and accurate updates on order status to internal stakeholders and customers (reporting)Support the Order Handling Team with administrative and coordination tasks related to ongoing ordersEnsure data accuracy and compliance with internal processes and guidelinesYour Background:Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related fieldPrevious internship or practical experience in customer service, logistics, order processing, or freight forwardingis a plusStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, as well as email and communication toolsFluent German and English (written and spoken) is a mustHigh attention to detail and accuracy when working with data and documentationGood written and verbal communication skillsAbilityto work in a fast‑paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectivelyDuration: 12 to 18 months, with possibility to extendLocation: Baden, SwitzerlandWe look forward to receiving your application.
