Job Description

Design, implementation, and maintenance of ETL processes

to ensure a structured and reliable data foundation

Automation and optimization of data processes and recurring workflows

(e.g. using Python and SQL)

Close collaboration with business stakeholders

to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions

Support for Finance and Controlling

in data analysis, reporting, and performance tracking

Development and continuous improvement of BI dashboards

as well as scalable reporting solutions

Identification and implementation of optimization potentials

in existing processes and systems

Use of modern technologies (including AI tools)

to increase efficiency and further develop analyses and processes

Qualifications

Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field

Strong knowledge of data analysis, data modeling, and data management

Hands‑on experience with SQL and Python

for data processing and automation

Experience with BI tools

(e.g. Power BI)

Solid knowledge of developing and using ETL processes and data pipelines

Initial experience with the use of AI tools

for data analysis or process automation is an advantage

Interest in Finance and Controlling processes

(e.g. FP&A, reporting, planning)

Strong analytical mindset

combined with a structured and precise working approach

Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively

with both technical and business stakeholders

Very good command of English
