We are hiring for a Sales&Logistics Administrator for our Supply Chain team at This AG at our manufacturing site in Heerbrugg, St Gallen!
The purpose of this role is to facilitate and manage the receipt, processing and timely shipment of products globally, on time and in full. You will be responsible for the creation of Customer Orders in NetSuite and coordination of the picking, packing and shipment. To ensure supply continuity, you will also be required to liaise with Internal/External Customers, Commercial, Supply Chain, Production, Quality, Procurement, Regulatory, Finance, External Warehouses and Logistics Service Providers.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Execute administrative tasks throughout the sales cycle, from quotation to delivery inside and out of NetSuite (including legacy Majesty system)
Provide customer service support during the sales process.
Plan and coordinate operational orders in collaboration with production teams.
Select transportation routes to maximise economy by combining shipments
Ensure timely delivery of machines, consumables and related materials.
Prepare accurate export documentation and additional documentation (where required).
Coordinate and organise international shipments, including Carnet-ATA processes.
Manage international logistics processes, including Shipper’s Declarations for air and sea freight, EUR.1 documentation, invoice management and transportation booking.
Compliance with all related GxP activities.
Provide management information.
Support team when required.
Perform ad-hoc requests where needed.
What Experience&Skills You Will Need:
Previous experience (minimum 3 years) in sales and logistics administration roles
Relevant work experience in a Medical Device supply chain
Educated to degree level (or have equivalent experience in supply chain)
Knowledge and experience of applying regulation relating to Good Distribution Practice (GDP) in Pharmaceutical Industry
Trained in the execution of Dangerous Goods Declaration management
Successful track record on continuous improvement initiatives
Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
Fluent in German (spoken&written)
Business-proficient in English (level B2 minimum)
APICS certification (desirable)
Knowledge&experience of working with NetSuite in a customer-facing sales environment (desirable)
