Tasks

Conduct final inspection of vehicles to ensure quality of the service.

Prepare calculations for repairs and damages.

Process customer orders from quotation preparation through order entry to invoicing.

Coordinate damage case handling and maintain close contact with insurance companies.

Schedule repair appointments and ensure deadlines and costs are met.

Profile

Completed basic automotive training, ideally in bodywork/paint or vehicle technology.

Experience in damage management or service advising is an advantage.

Good MS Office skills and interest in digital work processes; experience with Audatex/EC2 is a plus.

Enjoyment of customer contact, confident and friendly manner.

Organisational talent, resilience, and a structured way of working.

Team spirit, flexibility, and positive attitude.

Valid driving licence category B.
