For our customer from the banking environment, we are looking for an experienced CRM Test Manager (f/m/d) with experience in the BSI Customer Suite environment. In this role, you will support the further development of the CRM system, coordinate test activities and work closely with internal teams and external partners.Collaboration in the further development of the CRM system based on the BSI Customer Suite Support in planning and development concepts in the CRM environment Creation and coordination of test concepts for selected users and departments Support in the development and further development of agile work processes across different teamsKnowledge development and know-how transfer within existing teams Coordination between internal stakeholders and external partners, especially with BSI Cooperation with business departments, IT and external service providers in an agile environment Requirements: Completed higher education in computer science or comparable qualification (FH/Uni) as well as corresponding professional experienceAt least 5 years of experience as a test manager in the CRM environment Proven experience with BSI Customer Suite and BSI's CRM solutions Experience in the testing environment of a bank or financial service provider Experience in agile or Scrum environments Scrum Master certification is an advantageLanguages: German– Fluent in spoken and written language (at least C1) Reference No.:
