In this versatile and challenging role, you will welcome our clients, operate our telephone system (Teams), and take on various administrative tasks as well as processing incoming and outgoing mail. Together with two other colleagues, you form a small team. During holiday absences, you cover for each other.This hub function requires flexibility for changing working hours according to our opening times and deployment planning. You usually work from Monday to Wednesday, from 8:00 am to 11:30 am and from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm. You are happy to be available for holiday cover. As our new team member, you have completed a commercial apprenticeship, bring several years of experience in customer service, ideally in a public administration, and have a confident command of MS Office applications. A winning, communicative and discreet manner as well as enjoyment in dealing with a wide variety of people characterise you. You work independently, reliably and remain calm and resilient even in hectic moments.You will receive a varied and responsible role in a small team at an attractive location. Your new workplace is two minutes’ walk from Aarau station. We offer fair working conditions, equal opportunities and a pleasant working atmosphere.
