We teach in small groups in a calm, professionally run environment and value quality, presence, and consistency. We are building our founding teaching team and are looking for a Reformer Pilates Instructor who is excited to contribute to the studio culture and grow with us from the beginning.Role Profile

Teaching small-group Reformer Pilates classes (up to 10 reformers) Creating a safe, supportive, and motivating experience for clients Adapting classes to different levels and needs Communicating clearly with safe hands‑on and/or verbal corrections Contributing positively to a collaborative, supportive team environmentYou Bring

Certification or formal training in

Reformer Pilates Confidence teaching

small‑group classes Ability to teach classes in

English or German ; comfortable working in a bilingual studio environment is appreciated Reliability, professionalism, a client‑centered approach, and a team‑oriented mindset Legal right to work in Switzerland Schedule
